Who Is Dani?
Dani Spies is a health, wellness and weight loss coach, mother of two, and the founder of Clean&Delicious.
Dani received my certification as a Holistic Health Counsellor (HHC) after graduating from The Institute of Integrative Nutrition in New York City. She’s studied with Marc David at The Institute for The Psychology of Eating and completed the professional cooking series at The New School of Cooking in Culver City. As well, she is a weight loss coach under Master Coach, Brooke Castillo of The Life Coach School and holds a B.A. in Psychology from William Paterson University.
Dani writes: “Clean & Delicious is the place where I get to share all of my passions with you! My husband and I produce a bi-weekly cooking show on YouTube where I take an easy, practical approach to healthy cooking and eating. I love sharing lots of Clean & Delicious recipes, exploring clean ingredients and chatting about some of the mental and emotional aspects that can help move us towards our personal health and wellness goals, so we can all work on living a healthier lifestyle, together!”

She wants to help you cut through all of the nutritional-drama and give you permission to relax around the whole ‘healhty-eating’ thing so you can enjoy simple, delicious, nutritious foods that will naturally support your health, fitness and weight loss goals.

While eating your meal is important, finding a way to relax into your health and weight loss journey is equally important. So, Dani urges to have some fun in the kitchen; try new ingredients, turn on the music, eat with people you love (or at the very least, like) and notice how good that feels.
Don’t take it all too seriously! She promises, eating well does not have to be tricky and certainly does not require an all-or-nothing approach. I hope you enjoy the recipes and tips as much as Dani enjoys sharing them with you!
